Privacy policy

A plain-language summary of what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

Elvis Cooper is responsible for information collected through this site and its business-transformation and implementation work. Submit privacy requests through the private contact form or email info@elviscooper.co.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company and role information, your inquiry, event registration details received from Eventbrite, consent preferences, and limited technical information used to protect the form from abuse. Consulting work may include documents and workflow information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, administer events, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, secure the service, and improve operations. Optional workshop and resource marketing requires separate consent and can be stopped at any time.

AI processing and human review

Authorized operators may use OpenAI services to summarize non-sensitive operational context or draft a proposed follow-up. Direct contact details are minimized, AI output is treated as a draft, and important actions require human review. We do not represent AI output as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Private voice assistant

When an authorized operator deliberately starts the optional Elvis voice feature, ElevenLabs processes the microphone audio needed to transcribe the selected turn and speak the response. The microphone starts only after permission and a user gesture. Elvis Cooper never stores audio. Transcribed text is retained for 30 days and shared only with authorized owners. Limited operational audit details such as session state, timing, byte counts, character counts, and cryptographic hashes may also be retained. The app requests provider-side zero-retention processing and keeps voice unavailable unless the required privacy configuration passes its safety check. The resulting request follows the same human-review rules as typed requests, and voice cannot approve or execute an external action.

Scheduling

If you open the embedded consultation calendar or continue to the scheduling page, Calendly processes the scheduling details you choose to enter. The calendar is not loaded until you select a scheduling button, and a direct Calendly link remains available if the embedded view does not load.

Site measurement

The site keeps a session-scoped, random attribution identifier and the first landing path, referring site origin, and campaign tags used to reach the site. These fields may be attached to an inquiry so we can understand which public work led to a conversation; they do not include the text you enter in the form. If the optional Google Analytics setting is activated, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It may then use browser identifiers and receive limited device, network, public-page, and conversion-event information under Google's own terms. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text, and private owner routes are not included in those events. Choose No thanks to keep Google Analytics off, clear this site's browser storage to reset the choice, or submit a privacy request for help.

Service providers

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for the website and database, OpenAI for approved internal assistance, ElevenLabs for the optional private voice feature, Calendly for consultation scheduling, Eventbrite for registration and ticketing, and Facebook for event promotion links. Microsoft Outlook is not currently connected; if the dedicated mailbox integration is activated, it will be used only for human-approved email. Google Drive is not currently connected. If the optional Phase 2 bridge is activated, Google Drive will be used only for approved documents and an operational lead mirror. Each provider we use processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Google Workspace data

The Google Drive bridge is not currently active, so this site does not now send inquiries to, create approved documents in, or otherwise access Google Workspace through that bridge. If the optional bridge is activated in Phase 2, access will be limited to an owner-controlled operations folder and lead spreadsheet. Any use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting an activated bridge will stop future access; deletion requests will include the operational mirror unless another lawful retention need applies.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for response, service, legal, security, and accounting purposes. Event records may be retained to administer the event and meet recordkeeping duties. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent through the contact form. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where needed to operate the service, protect rights, or comply with law.

Security, children, and changes

We use access controls, server-side secrets, signed integration requests, and audit records appropriate to the service. No system is perfectly secure. This service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
