Registration and payment
Eventbrite is the registration and payment source of truth. Its checkout terms and privacy practices also apply. A seat is not confirmed until Eventbrite confirms the transaction.
Refunds, transfers, and cancellation
Refund and transfer eligibility is governed by the policy the organizer publishes on the applicable Eventbrite listing and the terms shown at checkout. Review them before purchasing and submit requests through Eventbrite or the organizer contact shown there. If the organizer cancels or changes the event, attendees will be notified through Eventbrite with the applicable options and any required refund process.
Participation and accessibility
Participants must treat others respectfully and may be removed for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct. Contact us before the event with accessibility needs; we will work in good faith to provide a reasonable accommodation.
Materials, recordings, and third parties
Workshop materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law and are for the registered participant’s internal use unless written permission says otherwise. We will disclose any planned photography or recording. Third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, Facebook, Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI have separate terms.
Consulting engagements
Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, data handling, ownership, and acceptance criteria for consulting work are established in a separate written agreement. A website inquiry does not create a consulting relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and educational materials are provided without guarantees of a particular business result.
