What shapes the investment

The work sets
the scope.

A focused problem, a useful outcome, and clear responsibilities make the investment easier to assess.

The starting point. What is already working, what needs attention, and what information we can use.

The deliverables. The research, recommendations, implementation, and support included.

The people and systems. The stakeholders, tools, integrations, and coordination involved.

The timing. The sequence, availability, review points, and agreed finish line.

A few practical questions

Know what
you’re agreeing to.

What does the starting price cover?

The starting investment applies to a focused consulting engagement. The exact business question, activities, deliverables, timing, and responsibilities are defined in your proposal.

Are software and advertising costs included?

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, and other third-party costs are identified separately in the scope. Any additional costs are agreed before they are incurred.

Can we start with strategy and add implementation?

Yes. Discovery can define a separate implementation scope, with its own deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and investment.

How do we choose the right engagement?

Start by telling us what is happening in the business. We’ll discuss the fit and recommend a scope that is useful for the decision or change you need to make.
